Our Quality & Durability
Each of the workshops we design is created with high-quality steel
and feature a Galvalume Plus™ coating. This helps to protect your
structure from rust and signs of wear. It also allows your building
to withstand various weather conditions, exposure to UV light, and
the regular activities that go on inside of a metal workshop.
Choosing to build with metal over other traditional materials also
provides you with added fire resistance, letting you safely work
with tools for welding inside of your shop. They are also pest and
mold resistant.
Lightweight steel structure houses are light in weight, and the
weight of their structure is only 1/5 of the weight of traditional
brick-concrete structure buildings, which greatly reduces the load
during earthquakes and has high safety. In addition, high-strength
screws and bolts imported from Japan are used to connect and fix
the skeleton and frame, and the installation is both scientific and
fast. At the same time, structural calculations are performed for
each building during the design, and the foundation and the overall
structure of the building are designed based on the structural
calculations. The structural calculations are the result of
experiments and practices in the United States and Japan, and have
patented technology rights and national recognition certificates.
